Abstract

Summarizing the different opinions on the nature of the version, the relevant conclusions, which are directly related to the content characteristics of the concept “investigative version”, are made in this study. The present paper also specifies the place of investigative versions among the types of versions. The criteria, based on which a classification of the investigative versions may be performed, are specified in this paper. There are also considered some of the divisions of the versions as a whole, proposed in the legal literature, and hence of the investigative versions.
