БЪЛГАРСКА ВЕРСИЯ НА ВЪПРОСНИКА НА РОБЪРТ СТЪРНБЪРГ - TTLS

Abstract

The article presents a Bulgarian version of the R. Sternberg’s questionnaire of love, named TTLS which is based upon his "triangular theory of love". Several independent groups of people participated in the study - a total of 224, of whom 154(68,8%) women and 70(31,3%) men. 171 participants out of 224, responded to questionnaire online. As a result of factor analysis of the data, performed by the method of the main components with subsequent Varimax rotation, the original three-component structure of the TTLS – intimacy, passion and commitment dimensions, was replicated. The reliability coefficients (Cronbach’s α) of the questionnaire and its subscales are in the upper levels of those obtained with the original questionnaire in other studies. The content validity is proven with a high significant correlation between the TTLS questionnaire, on the one hand, and Diener’s SWLS - by another. In conclusion, the Bulgarian version shows good psychometric parameters and can be applied in research with Bulgarian samples.
