Abstract
В доклада са разгледани промените в нормативните актове, свързани с електронното правосъдие по наказателните дела. Изследва се електронизацията в наказателния процес и са посочени проблемите, свързани с това. Направен е извод, че с приетите нормативни изменения се осигури продължаване на въвеждането на електронно правосъдие, но процесът не е преключил.
Description
The article examines the changes in the legal acts related to electronic justice in criminal cases. Electronicization in the criminal process is explored and the problems related to it are indicated. It was concluded that with the adopted normative amendments, the continuation of the introduction of electronic justice was ensured, but the process has not ended.
