Abstract

The present paper is exploring the possibilities of using Lean tools for visualization and analysis of the processes in the operations of administrative services. Selection of the appropriate Lean tool depends on the service process type required. Development of a value stream map (VSM) for a particular administrative service and based on that analysis and conclusions about the effectiveness of the service process are made.
