КВАЛИФИКАЦИОННИ НЕСЪОТВЕТСТВИЯ НА ПАЗАРА НА ТРУДА

Abstract

A negative tendency being observed in today’s labor market is the widening mismatch between employees’ qualification and the requirements of one’s job. Over the period 2000-2019 overeducation in the EU has been increasing by more than 40 %. With regard to that the current study presents the indicators used to measure the degree of mismatch, its underlining factors of mismatch as well as some recent tendencies in the EU. For the purposes of this a research grant at the Free University of Brussels was performed in the frames of the project “Economic Education in Bulgaria 2030” financed by the OPNOIR. It is based also on results from the IRISI project of FNI.
