| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the current paper is to present the different sources of Roman law in the light of the modern world as a cultural heritage, providing us with both legal data and information about the Roman civilization and its legal-historical development. In this context, the question of the preservation of these sources over the centuries and nowadays is raised, including the problem of their interpolation, as well as the limited possibility of access to them – all through the prism of law. | |
