| dc.description.abstract | The paper presents some results of the empirical survey on risk factors for employees in the night establishments and their work satisfaction. It is based on data of 240 employees from Bulgaria. The results show that mainly young people work in the night establishments, and for most of them this is a first job. Regardless of the strength of certain risk factors, the majority of them are satisfied with the present work, although they see this job mostly as temporary. | |
