Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is likely to be the most significant phenomenon of the century, and over time it will become increasingly central to both technological advances and many daily activities. The development and implementation of AI is closely related to the use and upgrading of intellectual work (copyright objects, scientific discoveries, patented inventions, etc.). This requires in-depth research and regulation of the interaction between contemporary AI manifestations and intellectual property rights. It is necessary to examine under what conditions AI can use existing intellectual property objects, as well as to what extent can AI be the creator of such objects.
