Abstract

Long known in psychology fact is that the person carries out regulatory functions on individual behavior. From this science perspective and from practice standing problem is not if, but how and what individual countries involved in regulatory processes. What's that constellation of outstanding features that helps the individual to inspire and lead followers, i.e. manifest as leader? Personality as „a constellation of traits”, participates in realization of vital plans and long-term planning of man. It is a kind of coordinate system that helps individuals to navigate in complex life situations and to keep consistency over the years. In addition, it provides its own integrity. It is obvious, however, that events leading to rely on specific combinations of traits, skills and abilities that are not seen in mainstream events. They flash sporadically and marked leadership presence in an otherwise monotonous life. It says is dedicated to this report. The reasoning in it were supported by the analysis of empirical data obtained in studies of the authors.
