Abstract
The relevance of the scientific problem defined in the article is determined by the issue that is directly related to the late inclusion of children with language difficulties in therapy and on the other hand the lack of structured measures for children at risk of language and speech difficulties. The improvement of services for children with language and speech difficulties requires a change in organizational management structures to lead to inclusion of prevention, early diagnosis and therapy.
