dc.description.abstractThe eGovernment in Bulgaria is currently regulated by eGovernment Act 2008 and three acts of governmental policy – General Strategy for eGovernment in Republic of Bulgaria 2011-2015, the Strategy for Development of eGovernment in Republic of Bulgaria 2014-2020 and the Road Map for its implementation. The paper reviews those acts, their observations and the foreseen institutional structure.
