Abstract

The aim of the paper is to provide a reasoning that the court fees in the Republic of Bulgaria incurred by the claimant in cases of litigation for ownership of marine and river ships are unreasonable, violate the normal requirements of access to due process and contrary to the Law of the European Union, specifically the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
