Abstract

Each industrial revolution fundamentally alters human civilization, redraws the economy by redistributing the relationship between economic sectors, transforms production processes, leaves large pools of people with inadequate labor characteristics unemployed, and brings a new order to economic relations. With the advent of Industry 5.0, the changes are being built upon. The focus is no longer just on automation and technology, but on people. Managers need to create an environment where people and technology work together synergistically. The paper presents various challenges faced by the manager in managing human resources in the enterprise.
