Abstract
In the modern highly dynamic and difficult to predict conditions in which business organizations operate today, human resource management is becoming an increasingly important factor for their long-term development and increasing their competitiveness. Most experts formulate the modern concept of human resource management quite broadly, emphasizing the importance of a more comprehensive use of the potential of personnel, instead of focusing on activities related to minimizing costs. Business organizations more than ever require from their subordinates the manifestation of qualities such as high professional skills, the ability to make independent decisions, teamwork skills, high responsibility for the quality of finished products, knowledge of technology and production organization, and the manifestation of creative skills. All this also emphasizes the high dependence of business organizations themselves on the quality of their workforce, on the ways of its use, as well as the degree of participation of each employee in the overall activity.
