Abstract

Enterprise risk management is relatively new concept in management, which is a consequence of the dynamic changes of the environment in which companies operate. The ERM can be implemented in the enterprise in different ways and its form depends on its structure, the views of the management, goals that are pursued, etc. In that research we are studying the forms of implementation of ERM in enterprises.
