Abstract

In accordance with the priority of the BSU to continuously improve the quality of education through the application of information and communication technologies was drafted by the op "human resources development". The overall objective of the project is to build a university center for electronic forms of distance education and services at BFU, which is provided in the organizational, methodological, legal and technical aspects; secured by a qualified academic and expertise and provide access to quality education and opportunities for lifelong learning. Center for distance learning services at BFU allows current and prospective students, as well as people outside the university without age restrictions to balance both - their professional commitments and his academic training in a virtual environment.
