| dc.description.abstract | Forcedexecution on a separate part of a commercial enterprise is placed in Chapter XLV of the Code of Civil Procedure, concerning on execution on the debtor's receivables to third parties. The systematic place of this method of enforcement, determined by the legislator with the amendment of the Civil Code of 2017, is inappropriate. The specifics of the commercial enterprise directly determine the specifics of the execution method, which cannot be accepted as equivalent to execution on the debtor's receivables. | |
