| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This paper examines the distinct yet complementary roles of NGO “Faithfull Guardian” (Verniyat Nastoynik) a Bulgarian nonprofit organization, and a local educational institution in addressing digital inequality and promoting social equity within marginalized communities. Focusing on each organization’s unique approaches and challenges, this comparative analysis investigates the impact of nonprofit-led digital literacy initiatives versus formal educational strategies in reducing socioeconomic disparities. The findings highlight the strengths, limitations, and potential synergies between these two types of organizations in fostering digital inclusion and economic self-sufficiency among vulnerable populations. | |
