dc.description.abstractThis report examines the benefits and dangers of the institutions' presence in social media, with a focus on Facebook, as most popular among the Bulgarian users. Most particularly, the advantages and disadvantages from servicemen participation - with profiles, pages, groups and events, are listed. The theoretical part is supported by many examples.
