And in cassation proceeding and in the proceeding for the annulment of final court decisions it is to be granted by the law of the sides to attack a court decision to review the case and to fix to law. But they are not identical nor object, nor a method, nor the place in general litigation. The principal is that the court decisions are final and not allows their review. The annulment of the final decisions is an extraordinary method, called to overcome the legal material force of the judicial decision.
