Authors: Angelov, Rumen
Abstract: In the present study, we will focus on the analysis of smart cities as a system
of interacting subsystems in the context of green economy and green finance. Such an
"intelligent/smart city" project, which lacks openness, mobility and standardization,
very soon becomes cumbersome and expensive. Part of the technologies involved in
and defining the smart city are the high-speed optical, sensor, wired and wireless
networks necessary to realize the benefits achieved through intelligent transport
systems, smart power grids and smart home networks, which in turn is linked to green
economics and green finance.2024-01-15T00:00:00ZSECURITY IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKSIvanov, Aleksandarhttp://research.bfu.bg:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/18092024-01-15T09:41:00Z2024-01-15T00:00:00ZTitle: SECURITY IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS
Authors: Ivanov, Aleksandar
Abstract: Wireless sensor networks are developing technology for environment
observation. These networks can provide infrastructure for monitoring and control of
both outdoor and indoor facilities and increase security, on both technical and human
level. They are one of the most useful implementations of IoT. Security in sensor
networks is a critical issue. In this paper a brief overview of security instruments for
wireless sensor networks is presented.2024-01-15T00:00:00ZTHE INCREASING ROLE OF CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND ITS POTENTIAL EFFECTS ON HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONSKamburov, Alexanderhttp://research.bfu.bg:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/18082024-01-15T09:39:30Z2024-01-15T00:00:00ZTitle: THE INCREASING ROLE OF CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND ITS POTENTIAL EFFECTS ON HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS
Authors: Kamburov, Alexander
Abstract: The relevance of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting
in the European union (EU) has been increasing in recent years most notably with the
EU Directive 2022/2464 (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive – CSRD)
which goes into effect in 2023, and associated ESG reporting standards, which
introduce more types of required ESG data in annual enterprise reports and engage
a wider pool of enterprises. A review of available literature has been conducted
aiming to assess the latest changes in the scope of ESG reporting in the EU, to
highlight the primary categories of information which will be required according to
the new standards, to consider to what extent the new regulation will affect EU health
care institutions and to outline expected challenges and opportunities the new
regulation poses2024-01-15T00:00:00ZCOMPLEX PHYSICAL AND REHABILITATION ACTIVITY PROGRAMSMirinchev, Radoslavhttp://research.bfu.bg:8080/jspui/handle/123456789/18072024-01-15T09:36:03Z2024-01-15T00:00:00ZTitle: COMPLEX PHYSICAL AND REHABILITATION ACTIVITY PROGRAMS
Authors: Mirinchev, Radoslav
Abstract: Physiotherapy involves specific interventions aimed at individuals and
populations where movement and function are or may be threatened by disease, old
age, injury, pain, disability, illness and disruption by environmental factors.2024-01-15T00:00:00Z
