Abstract: The report addresses the issue of the main processes that affect the birth process at the national level - emigration, social policy, premature mortality, sexual culture, healthcare. It also mentions other socio-economic factors /unemployment, reproductive health, marriage, education/, which determine the birth rate. The end of the report identifies risks and threats to national security that are the result of current demographic policy.
