| Abstract: | The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted labour markets across the world. It has changed
how we work in ways that will affect our behaviour long after the pandemic ends. Companies implemented
digital and automation technologies with accelerating trends. Work went online. These changes will persist in advanced economies after the pandemic. Overcoming labour market mismatches in a post-COVID world will be a key challenge, with potentially different solutions for each country. This paper offers a perspective on how the pandemic may reshape the future of work. |
| Description: | Пандемията от COVID-19 разстрои пазарите на труда по света. Начинът ни на работа се промени и тази промяна ще продължи да оказва влияние върху поведението ни дълго след края на пандемията. С ускорени темпове бизнесът въведе дигиталните технологии и автоматизацията. Работата стана дистанционна. Тези промени ще продължат в развитите икономики и след пандемията. Основният проблем след пандемията ще бъде преодоляването на несъответствията на пазара на труда, с потенциално различни възможности за справяне с проблемите в отделните страни. Тази статия разглежда начина, по който пандемията променя бъдещето на труда. |
