| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the influence of digitalization on the extent of mismatch
between one’s education and requirements for the job one performs. It analyzes the
determinants of vertical qualification mismatch while placing an emphasis on the role of technological change. The results of an empirical study on the factors of mismatch
including education in the field of information and communication technologies have been discussed as well. |
