management; on the basis of international standards, the elements of the knowledge
management system are identified and adapted to the conditions of the educational
organization; the result of the work is an algorithm of the knowledge management process
in the conditions of corporate training implementation, which was tested on the basis of the
Technical University of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (Russia). |
