| Abstract: | The present work focuses on the relationship trust-organisations, with an emphasis on
the magnitude of factors, such as neoliberalism and mchieavelism. Neoliberalism is
accepted as a problematic area between today’s policies and market relations; while
machiavelism - as a psychologically defined behaviour in social groups; particularly in
organisations and their relations with the surrounding audience. |
