Резюме: This paper examines the impact of electrotechnical installations on the environment, in particular the influence of an electromagnetic field, a source of which in the residential buildings are the transformer substations, the distribution boxes for power supply, as well as the conductors from the supply network. Attention is paid to thermal imaging as a modern technological solution that can be successfully applied to the diagnosis of building energy systems.
