| Abstract: | Upon studying the nature of the version and its importance for the investigation of crimes there are found some features which connect it with concepts similar thereto. This article is dedicated to the study of these relations. The investigative version is separated from the subject of proof in the criminal proceedings, the mental modeling and forecasting in the process of investigation of crimes. |
