| Abstract: | The report seeks to answer the question whether asylum seekers in Bulgaria are
opportunity for development or potential for conflicts. Statistical data on the socio demographic characteristics of immigrants are analyzed, as well as information revealing
their desires and plans about their future in Europe. Information from a representative
national survey on different aspects of the attitudes of the local population towards them
has been also discussed. |
