| Abstract: | The subject of this article is the political and social horizons located in the
national legal area relating to migrants as well as the opportunities for children and adults
from this category of citizens to start or continue their education process. The possibilities
for realization of this process are considered as an element of the humanitarian nature of
our democratic legislation. |
