| Abstract: | The identification of persons with the help of found and taken traces from the
crime scene is carried out using comparative samples of body parts and other
characteristics of the offender which have been classified in collections or other data bases.
In the article the author presents the most often used comparative samples which are
referred to by the Penal Code and Citizen Penal Code. |
| Description: | Идентифицирането на лица с помощта на намерени и иззети следи –отражения на местопрестъплението се осъществява чрез сравнителни образци на
следообразуващи части и характеристики на човека, класифицирани в колекции и
информационни масиви. В статията авторът разглежда най-често използваните
сравнителни образци, които са визирани в НПК и ГПК. |
