| Abstract: | The paper examines the administrative control, performed over the procedures
for conferral of higher education degree and holding academic posts in Bulgaria. The
diversity of types of administrative control is a base for analysis of the special normative
sources in this sphere and on this basis the author make summaries, proposals and
recommendations. The accent of the examination is on the analysis of the actual normative
regulation in the Development of the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria act,
referred to the last amendments and the related procedure norms for administrative appeal. |
| Description: | В статията се изследва административният контрол, осъществяван
върху процедурите за придобиване на научни степени и за заемане на академични
длъжности в България. Видовото разнообразие на административния контрол е ос нова за анализ на специалните нормативните източници в разглежданата сфера,
като на база на това се правят обобщения, предложения и препоръки. Акцентът в
изследването е поставен на анализа на актуалната нормативна уредба, регламентирана със Закона за развитието на академичния състав в Република България,
предвид последните изменения и свързаните с това с процедурни норми за административно обжалване. |
