| Резюме: | The present article addresses issues related to the introduction of e-justice in a
District Court as part of the reform of the judiciary and as one of the main elements of the
e-government concept. The advantages for society from the introduction of e-justice have
been indicated. The main measures to be taken, as well as the e-justice legislative
framework at the time of publication of the material have been discussed. |
| Описание: | В статията се разглеждат въпроси, свързани с въвеждането на електронно правосъдие в районните съдилища в рамките на реформата на съдебната система, като един от основните елементи на концепцията за електронно управление.
Представени са ползите за обществото от въвеждането на електронното
правосъдие. Обсъждат се основните мерки, които е необходимо да се предприемат,
както и законодателната база за електронно правосъдие към момента на публикуване на материала. |
