| Резюме: | The modern development of science, technology and public life poses new
challenges to the work of forensic engineering and technical experts in Bulgaria. The
harmonization of the Bulgarian legislation with the European one, after the accession of
Bulgaria to the European Union, requires the adoption of the good European practices in
the activity of the Bulgarian forensic engineering and technical experts. In carrying out this
activity, a number of problems arise. This article is dedicated to some suggestions for their
solution. |
| Описание: | Съвременното развитие на науката, техниката и обществения живот поставя нови
предизвикателства пред дейността на съдебно инженерно-техническите експерти в
България. Хармонизирането на българското законодателство с европейското, след
присъединяването на България към Европейския съюз налага и възприемането на
добрите европейски практики в дейността на българските съдебно инженерно-техни чески експерти. При осъществяването на тази дейност възникват редица проблеми.
На някои предложения за тяхното решаване е посветена и настоящата статия. |
