| Abstract: | According to Colombian's Transport regulation, any vehicle that travels through
the Colombian national territory must perform preventive maintenance to contribute to
road safety and environmental protection. Therefore, this article aims to analyze how
innovation in the user experience in automotive diagnostic centers will increase the awareness
of vehicle owners to perform this process correctly. |
