| Abstract: | Обезпечителният процес е със спорен характер, което го доближава до
исковото. Съдът се произнася, преценявайки вероятната основателност на иска,
която преценка се извършва чрез оценка на представените писмени доказателства,
като с акта съдът установява дали правото на обезпечение на иска принадлежи на
молителя или обратното –непринадлежи. |
| Description: | The security process is controversial, which brings it closer to the claim. The
court rules, assessing the probable validity of the claim, which assessment is made by
estimating the submitted written evidence, and with the deed the court establishes whether
the right to security of the claim is hold by the applicant or not. |
