| Abstract: | The deviation of cells in the battery is likely to lead to a short circuit in
one or more cells, which will generate heat and it is possible to ignite the chemical
elements in the cell. The flames from one cell quickly spread to other cells in the
battery and this led to an explosion that endangered the lives of passengers. Even if
no one is injured by a burning battery of an electric car, the fire releases harmful
substances into the air, which are toxic and should not be inhaled without a
protective mask with a filter. |
