| Abstract: | This article makes a connection between the existing system for quality management in Burgas Free University (BFU), which corresponds to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and fundamental aspects in which the center of the computer and technical Science (CITN) in BFU, works for improving the quality of the teaching. A conclusion is made, that no matter how contemporary the methods of control of ISO 9001: 2008 are, applied to the system of higher education, they still remain methods for quantitative measurement of quality indicators. In this context, the application of the standard for quality control in the field of higher education would not have success in improving the quality of teaching. For this purpose, it is necessary to take measures for improving the quality indicators. |
| Description: | Тази статия се прави връзка между съществуващата Система за управление на качеството в Бургаски свободен университет - БСУ, отговаряща на изискванията на ISO 9001:2008 и основните аспекти в които се работи в Център по Информатика и Технически Науки – ЦИТН на БСУ за повишаване на качеството на обучението. Прави се извода, че колкото и съвременни да са методите за контрол на ISO 9001:2008, приложени в системата на висшето образование те все пак си остават методи за количествено измерване на качествени показатели. В този смисъл, приложението на стандарта за контрол на качеството в областта на висшето образование не би имало сериозен успех за подобряване на качеството на обучението. За целта е необходимо да се предприемат мерки за подобряване на самите качествените показатели. |
