| Abstract: | Стопанисването и ползването на земеделските земи в Република България,
според аграрното законодателство, се реализира по избран и предпочетен начин от
тези субекти. Един от начините за ползване на земеделската земя е нейното наемане от собственици под наем за срок не по-малък от една стопанска година. Това
създава специфични взаимоотношения по повод обработката на земеделска земя
между собственика и ползвателя, които взаимоотношения са сложни и придружени
от някои проблеми. Тези проблеми произтичат главно от пороци в аграрното законодателство и в онази негова част, която регламентира този тип взаимоотношения, които влияят върху устойчивостта на регионалната сигурност. |
| Description: | The management and use of agricultural lands in the Republic of Bulgaria,
according to the agrarian legislation, is realized in a chosen and preferred way by these
entities. One of the ways to use the agricultural land is to rent it from the owners for a
period of not less than one economic year. This creates specific relationships regarding the
cultivation of agricultural land between the owner and the user, which relationships are
complex and accompanied by some problems. These problems arise mainly from vices in
the agrarian legislation and in that part of it that regulates this type of relationship that
affects the sustainability of regional security. |
