| Abstract: | Борбата срещу организираната престъпност и преодоляване на негативните последици от нея е заложено като основна цел в Актуализираната стратегия
за национална сигурност на Република България с времеви хоризонт 2018-2025 година. Правилното дефиниране на понятията организирана престъпна група и съучастие е изключително важно за правоприлагането и борбата срещу организираната
престъпност. В практиката тези две понятия често се смесват. Статията цели
да представи в кратък вид основните трудности при диференциране на понятията
и виждането на автора по проблема. |
| Description: | The fight against organized crime and overcoming its negative consequences is
set as a main goal in the updated National security strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria
with a time horizon of 2018-2025. Correctly defining and distinguishing the concepts of
organized criminal group and complicity is extremely important for law enforcement and
the fight against organized crime In practice, the concepts of organized criminal group and
complicity are often confused. This report aims to present in a short version the main
difficulties in differentiating the concepts and present authors own view on the problem. |
