| Abstract: | Експертизата е способ за доказване в наказателното производство. Настоящият труд анализира дейността на митническите лаборатории и възможностите на служителите да участват в разследването по дела, включени в компетентност на разследващ митнически инспектор. Разграничават се правомощията
на специалист – технически помощник и вещо лице. Правят се изводи за необходимост Централната митническа лаборатория да се сертифицира за криминалистически изследвания. |
| Description: | Expertise is a technique for establishing evidence in criminal process. This paper
analyzes the activities of customs laboratories and the capabilities of employees to
participate in the investigation of cases, included in the competence of an investigating
customs inspector. The powers of a specialist – a technical assistant and an expert are
distinguished. Conclusions are drawn about the need for the Central Customs Laboratory
to be certified for a forensic science laboratory. |
