| Description: | This article examines some questions that arise in the theory and practice regarding
the indirect perpetration of crime, with an emphasis on the figure of the intermediary in this
legal construction and his criminal liability. Various hypotheses of indirect perpetration of
crime and the role of the intermediary in them are discussed. |
