| Abstract: | При анализа на пътнотранспортните инциденти и причините за възникването им, се използва системен подход, при който се разглеждат всички елементи, влияещи върху произшествието, а също така и върху последиците от него. Елементите в пътно-транспортната система си трябва да си взаимодействат и да бъдат достатъчно адаптивни, за да осигурят безопасността. С оглед на това пътят и околната среда в обхвата на пътя трябва да бъдат проектирани и изпълнени по такъв начин, че да предизвикват адекватно поведение на участниците в движението и в най-голяма степен да бъдат толерантни към евентуалните грешки в поведението им. |
| Description: | In the analysis of traffic accidents and the reasons for their occurrence, a systematic approach is used that addresses all the elements that influence the accident and its consequences. The elements in the road transport system must interact and be sufficiently adaptive to ensure safety. In this regard, the road and the environment of the road must be designed and implemented in such a way as to induce adequate behavior of the participants in the movement and to be most tolerant of any mistakes in their behavior. |
