| Abstract: | Дигиталните технологии, дигиталното доверие и информацията са неразделна част от развитието на застраховането днес. Стремежът за увеличаване на цифровизацията на застрахователните услуги, новите пакети дигитални приложения и тенденцията за отдалечена работа на служителите на застрахователните дружества и на застрахователните посредници, определят актуални предизвикателства пред нарастващото търсене на застраховки от страна на потребителите на застрахователна защита. Защитата на техните лични данни, е приоритет в работата на всяко застрахователно дружество и условие за правилното провеждане на застрахователната дейност. |
| Description: | Digital technology, digital trust and information are an integral part of the development of insurance today. The threat of increasing digitization of insurance services, the new package of digital applications and the trend of remote work for employees of insurance companies and insurance intermediaries determine the actual challenges in front of the growing demand for insurance from the users of insurance protection. Protecting their personal data is a priority in the work of every insurance company and a condition for the proper conduct of insurance activity. |
