| Abstract: | The subject of the scientific study here presented is the international legal
regime of maritime security, the assistance and the salvage at sea. The issues of interest to
the author in this area are considered and analyzed both from the point of view of
international maritime public law and from the point of view of international maritime
private law, outlining the differences in legal regulation in one and the other case. |
