| Резюме: | Analyzing the present situation in criminal justice system, the author comes to the conclusion that the crisis is due to shortcomings in higher legal education. The insufficiencies are hard to remove, but there is a way to diminish their effects through interpretation of criminal acts by Supreme Court of Justice. Its interpretations of law are binding on all courts and it could unify the jurisprudence. Regretfully, the Supreme Court of Justice is not responding to its duties, evolving from the Constitution and The Judiciary Actfrom 1999. |
