Abstract: | The modern realities in education require teachers to be well prepared in order
to be adequate to the new trends by carrying out an innovative process of learning and
education fully tailored to the needs of the students of the "new" generation. The need for
in-depth theoretical and practical training of future pedagogues in higher education is
realized. That is why, recently, various opportunities are being sought more and more
often, through which interdisciplinary training can be carried out in the preparation of
students from pedagogical specialties. Particularly useful are the opportunities for direct
observation of the educational process in a school environment, thanks to the established
good partnership relations between the university and the school base institutions. In the
present work, an attempt is made to outline innovative opportunities for interaction
between the disciplines „primary school pedagogy“, „current pedagogical practice,
„intern pedagogical practice“in primary school for the successful preparation of future
primary teachers. Good practices for teaching students of pedagogical specialties
implemented in schools with different educational environments are presented. |
