| Abstract: | With the development of the digital age, international treaties are entering a
new phase of transformation. While traditional methods of concluding treaties involve
physical documents and signatures, digitization offers opportunities to significantly
improve the pace, efficiency, and accessibility of these processes. In this context, it is
important to examine the challenges and opportunities that digital technologies provide
for Law of treaties in the domain of contemporary digital ecosystem and its prospects. |
