azalmas olarak ortaya çıkmakta ve büyün bu gelişmeler, içinde yabancılık unsuru bulunan
bu tür inşaat sözleşmelerinde, devletler hususihukuku problemlerinin ortaya çıkmasına
sebep olmaktadır. |
| Description: | The development of construction contracts in the field of private international
law leads to a reduction in the connection of these contracts with national legislations,
and all these developments lead to the appearance of the problems of the law of states in
such construction contracts that contain an international element. |
