| Abstract: | This research explores the complex relationship between human rights law and
international humanitarian law in conflict zones. The study analyzes how these two bodies
of law interact, the lawful limitations that can be put on them and the challenges in their
simultaneous application. The research highlights the practical difficulties in ensuring
compliance with human rights law and IHL. |
